Two-Dimensional Shapes
Today we discussed two-dimensional shapes including squares, rectangles, circles, parallelograms, and trapezoids. We practiced making these shapes on the Geoboards. There is an error of the slide about squares. Part of the word equal was cut off and just says eq. So sorry, but the kids didn't want me to take it down.
Three-Dimensional Shapes
Today in math we discussed three-dimensional shapes and their parts. The students had a lot of fun breaking into groups and creating many three-dimensional shapes using toothpicks and marshmallows!

Hello parents. I will be incorporating another piece of technology into the classroom. We will use this podcast as an avenue to share pictures and videos of the your students learning and having fun at school (hopefully the two go hand in hand). This space will also allow me to attach documents that you may want to download at home as well as post some work that the students are completing. Please stay tuned for what is to come!
