Add your Reflective posts to the blog by clicking the blog link in the top right corner, clicking the + icon to add a new post, and logging in. This will open a new page for you. Add a title matching that has your name, the lesson number you are reflecting upon, and the current date (ie. Joe Smith - Lesson 1 - 050108). When you click on the "+" icon to add a new post you will now see the
option to "Add podcast media to this entry." Check that box,
then click on the Browse button to find the audio, video, or pdf file
you wish to put in the entry. When you find it, click Open, title the
post, and then click Create. You will see the file in the post's window
now as well. You can add text to the post still if you wish. Adding the
file in this manner makes it subscribeable through iTunes. Add a Tag in the box above with your first and last name (ie. Joe Smith). Tagging makes it easy to compile all of your posts on one page later on. When you are finished click Save and you are finished.
